      Pay scale is way better than other company’s. Staff is nice. Team leads are on top of things. Everyone’s voice is heard during Monday mornings. Lots of room to grow.

      Pros

      Helping people. Especially people who are unable to clean their home.

      Cons

      Poor management Trainer was judgmental and unwelcoming Let go because I’m not a “good fit” whatever that means. I gave it my all to work hard and learn with a smile on my face. Wasn’t easy because I have never done it before, but I gave it my all. Not transparent about anything.
