      Pros

      Helping people. Especially people who are unable to clean their home.

      Cons

      Poor management Trainer was judgmental and unwelcoming Let go because I’m not a “good fit” whatever that means. I gave it my all to work hard and learn with a smile on my face. Wasn’t easy because I have never done it before, but I gave it my all. Not transparent about anything.

      Pros

      It is hard to think of any pros, other than some of the cleaners are fun to be around.

      Cons

      Unsteady pay and schedule, you won't make what they say you will during the interview. Scheduling is usually done wrong and the cleaners suffer for it. Not a lot of support from management.
