Pros

-The company genuinely compares about developing its people -The company knows what kind of projects it can deliver on (it doesn't try to be everything to every client) -You are given the freedom to develop creative solutions with the client -Not a fear-driven culture like many other Operational Consulting firms -Travel schedule is better than most (in on Monday morning, out on Friday mid-day) -They focus on what is important (client) and not several redundant internal report mechanisms

Cons

-Overall financial compensation is lower than industry standard depending on the level -recruitment process can be somewhat lengthy -per diem is lower than industry standard -methodology for managing expenses is not intuitive...seems to be a gap

Pros

Some coworkers were pleasant to be around. I enjoyed traveling.

Cons

Within the first two weeks I was instructed to commit fraud and coached on how to respond if anyone questioned me about it. This wasn't a one time thing, it's a systemic issue that I have evidence the CEO takes part in. They lied about working hours, progression structure, and most other things discussed in the interview. Leadership has absolutely no accountability and even went out of their way to create a hostile environment at times. When I questioned the unethical conduct, misleading interview, and hostility of management - I was fired. I would seriously reconsider working with Proaction International unless you genuinely have no other options. They pressure employees into writing or sharing positive information on the company which does not reflect reality.
