      Bad/harmful Consulting Practices. Doctored Results, False Promises Weak Methodology, all Branding and Sales, No Substance Disregard for Human Decency/Ethics for Client Workforce Pretentious Team, Bad Leaders Assignments are Often Last Minute and Require Constant Travel

      Great colleagues Extravagant parties Lots of learning opportunities Good variety mandates Good way to enter the consulting industry for a first job

      Cons

      Package is below indusrty average, especially the travel expense package Management will criticize you a lot in a "coaching" approach but can't take criticism so people are scared to voice their opinion Some shady practices, eg you are asked to lie about your start date Horrible work life balance, get ready to do 70hrs/week High turnover + lots of people seem to get fired They talk a lot about the greatness of their approach, but it's not that incredible when you actually apply it in a project
