Pros

Good team support and some awesome staff to work with. I have access to see my schedulled shifts and opportunity to request changes. Good training.

Cons

There is some complex work, but I am learning alot. Sometimes stressful. Changing start and end times every week, including cutting your schedulled hours, without prior consultation. This impacts my work and personal life balance.
