Pros

The people that I worked with on the front lines were nice...

Good grief... Well I could say a million and one things about this absolute dumpster fire of a company... However I'll talk about a few things here. The huge staff turnover rate for one, there were always so many people quitting and then more people being hired. The training was inadequate for the sheer amount of information that was being thrown at you. The pay was appalling, only just above the poverty line. I was actively bullied and belittled for being more intelligent than a few of the people in middle management roles and they didn't like that so they kept on moving the goal posts and would pick apart everything that I supposedly did wrong until they found a reason to terminate my employment without any notice. They work you to the bone here and the constant micromanaging is out of hand. The favouritism is extremely obvious and obnoxious, people need to treat others with more humility and respect. I could go on but this would be a whole thesis and I doubt you have time to read all of that.
