Pros
raised my standards for a bpo company as they were my first company. from the recruitment process, onboarding and up until i was offboarded, the whole process was really smooth, and their HR staff is really approachable and kind. never experienced any salary disputes. they're decent and professional. truly a 'people-first' company. i also like the company culture; once you get past the probationary period, that's when you're eligible to apply for other roles that you want, which i personally think is fair and justifiable. in other words, it's internal hiring and not external. it keeps things clean. during our NEO day, things were also smooth and our facilitators were really approachable and kind to us, and always entertained whatever questions we had, as most of us in our batch were newbies in the industry. the account i was profiled into also had a very welcoming and kind management. right off the bat, the trainer was very kind and accommodated us whenever we faced issues regarding account credentials. the staff members (janitors and security guards) were also very kind. i truly felt valued as an employee. HMO was already provided since day one.
Cons
i think if you're looking for a much higher salary, they probably might not be the company you're looking for, as this is also what i have noticed from my tenured coworkers who were planning to change their career paths. not that it was a problem for me, since i don't expect much since i personally don't have much experience. also, please take my review as a grain of salt, as i saw some reviews of those who experienced negative hiring processes for some reason. either way, i wish the best of luck to those who want to work at Probe!
