You could possibly get a kind trainer or a trainer that speaks at you and most likely will belittle you. Customers yelling and/or cursing at you. A large amount of managers are arrogant and unhelpful. No discretion in one on one meetings. Underpaid while doing work and learning skills in an extremely short amount of time that others had to go to university for. Managers do not mirror the expectations placed on employees where necessary. High job turnover. Blatant favouritism between managers and team members. One week Christmas break this was previously paid leave from the company but they made it unpaid.
