Pros
Steady shifts and reliable work. Potential leniency. Experience in handling toxic and restrictive work environments. They will hire anyone.
Cons
Extreme micromanagement rife with passive aggression. Constant false promises with prior conversations and opportunities swept under the rug. Remote work is offered and rescinded for seemingly no reason and up to chance. Rotating roster requiring shift-swaps for changing work schedule. Unrealistic targets for bonuses. Disorganisation throughout the whole company. No recognition or real criteria for excellence or future growth. Expectation to learn new and mandatory skill sets without appropriate pay rises. Remuneration for work expected is extremely low. Insufficient two week training period with overloading of information and no practical worth. Team leaders have been known to gossip and be disrespectful with seemingly no consequences or feedback taken; this applies to internal HR as well. Daily hot-desking with no assigned seating or assigned lockers for personal items. Demeaning raffle/lottery system for attending shifts and/or random desk allocation with minuscule "rewards". Inciting fear or restriction is considered over education and sympathy, further contributing to the immense turnover.
