Pros
Extremely friendly and supportive team, everyone cares about and is invested in not only their own success, but the success of others. Good product that solves a unique issue, once prospects become customers, they are never not ecstatic, churn is basically non-existent, customers are also almost always enthusiastic about acting as a referral to current prospects, they really do love the product that much. Compensation and benefits are good and fair. Room for growth is there, but may take time.
Cons
While customers are always happy once they are customers, it is hard to convince prospects that a more organized visual knowledge management system will have as large of an impact as PF says it does, this hurdle is often overcome by the team, but still can pose issues. Growth is possible and happens often, but can sometimes be slow, I expect this to improve once the SAAS climate as a whole improves.
