Pros

- Great company team culture - Excellent brand and reputation in industry - Huge opportunity to make great comms - Supportive management, without micromanaging - Work with some of the biggest and best clients in the Life Science Space - Willing to sponsor on a working visa - Great work-life balance

Cons

- Felt progression opportunities were limited and slower than I'd have liked, having said that others can progress rapidly - Would've liked to have more interaction with senior management - A bigger spend on marketing in the Australian market would help the brand expand further still - Continual training and development opportunities were limited while I worked there, but I understand this has changed now.

Pros

Proclinical is a great place to work. The people in the US and globally are wonderful. The culture is positive and challenging, and the tools (tech stack) provided to consultants are really robust.

Cons

No negatives so far - have had a really positive experience working for Proclinical.

Whilst we encourage in-person meetings with candidates and clients, this is not always possible and therefore a lot of our day to day activities are phone based.
