Pros

This company has been around for awhile and has always had an impeccable reputation for how they did business and treated employees. In my opinion the CEO is a stand up guy.

Cons

Poor management in the Vancouver office has caused a very high turnover in staff in 2016, putting huge amounts of stress on an office that runs on a skeleton staff. Over worked and although making placements, have taken on the same model as other recruiting agencies by throwing resumes up against the wall hoping one will stick. Once a leader but now just following the rest of the pack. HR needs to do a more efficient job on exit interviews with former staff to get a clear picture of what is going on with management.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
