There is an acknowledgement of the benefits gained by an organization in possession of a strong company culture.

Communication from management to non-management is sparse, often non-existent. (There was an unexpected termination of a large number of employees in a single day that occurred without ever a word to the rest of the staff. Management carried on as if nothing happened.)

Nice helpful people. Teamwork at its best. Owners are down to earth. Work & play go hand in hand.

Could use more cutting-edge department-specific tools & software and less paper printing clutter for estimation. However, the team collaboration software and google suite features for working remotely from basically anywhere in the world are excellent!
