      Prodigy needs to do lots of work to have a better place for their employee, lots of politics and their senior managers is lacking experience, no support for new hires and expecting them to tolerate politics and toxic environments.

      There is an acknowledgement of the benefits gained by an organization in possession of a strong company culture.

      Cons

      Communication from management to non-management is sparse, often non-existent. (There was an unexpected termination of a large number of employees in a single day that occurred without ever a word to the rest of the staff. Management carried on as if nothing happened.)
