Pros

A lot of really awesome people work here. Met some of the most hardworking, intelligent, and wonderful people ever, across all departments. The product seems to be doing really well, and is definitely a standout in industry. Easy to find high impact work.

Cons

- They are trying to enforce a mandatory in office policy post COVID, even though the company is already distributed across 5+ offices, and certain workers are "remote approved". - The overall culture is intense. Senior members are sometimes rude and condescending during meetings. People easily work at least 60-70 hours a week. Getting slacked (sometimes phone called) late at night or early in the morning is common. - Diversity and inclusion is non existent. Leadership team dodges questions around diversity, and a majority of senior leadership (across sales, engineering, product) are all Indian men. - The health insurance choice that is "paid for by company" has a 3000 dollar deductible, no 401k matching, less paternity leave than maternity leave (2 months vs 3 months) - There's no levels or proper performance review, and it's kind of ambiguous how to advance your career.

Pros

The company stands out for its organization and efficiency in production processes. Clear standards are maintained that ensure consistent quality in product packaging, even at high volumes.

Cons

As an opportunity for improvement, the company could optimize communication between departments and shifts to avoid delays during periods of high demand. It would also be beneficial to strengthen planning during production peaks, which would help reduce the operational workload and further enhance efficiency.

Pros

There are multiple talented people on the Productiv staff who collaborate to solve complicated issues that often could not be handled alone. Qualified ideas are recognized and encouraged by upper management. Growth is possible if a person can keep the correct mindset.

Cons

Too much focus on the 1 percent of failures versus the 99 percent of success. The contract really did not match my last contract. Less PTO etc. At the start it seemed not doable, but now it seems like it is possible.
