Never work for the Probation service - Probation Officer Professional Probation Services Employee Review

Consistently & officially overworked and when the work is not completed on time or to satisfactory standard you are bullied onto a performance review. Given the responsibility the salary is very low and not worth the stress and extra unpaid overtime you have to put in to manage workload.
