Pros

Love working at PSB. Always changing and the management is wonderful.

Cons

It's a teleworking environment so you don't get the in-person contact

Pros

There was not one pro for me that I could think of, very disappointed with my experience here.

Cons

I truly felt disrespected at PSB (Professional Service Bureau). I did the work I was suppose to do, I came to work everyday, I gave everyone the same amount of respect. There was no real issue that could fall into place to why I was getting the dirty looks I was getting, the disrespectful management supervisors and team supervisors. I can’t stress enough how horrible this place is. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it is not for everyone. One of the biggest things I look out for is management, if you have a higher title it does not give you the opportunity to treat your employees in-different from others. Everyone earns the right to have respect and this place did not hold that. It may have worked for others, but it did not for me.

Thank you for taking the time to compose your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with PSB has been unfavorable. During new hire orientation, we train on the importance of respect in the workplace and therefore, it's disappointing that you did not share your frustrations until after you left. Further, our Leadership at PSB undergoes annual training that fosters an open door environment where employees are encouraged to bring issues forward for resolution. We are very interested to learn where your experience went wrong and if you are willing to give us a call to provide more detail, we would welcome it. Truly yours, PSB HR
