Company is one of the oldest translation companies in the industry with over 40 years in business. A lot of long-term employees and a real feeling of community. There is definitely a feeling of support. The CEO has a great vision and direction for the company and is open to new ideas and creating an environment to foster collaboration. It's nice to be with a company that doesn't have disputing departments or outdated technology and offerings.

None that I can think of at this time as the company is headed in the right direction.

The workplace environment is relaxed environement and the dress attire is casual attire. This is a family owned and run buisness and this is felt within the atmosphere (both good and bad aspects of it). The management is flexible and friendly.

This company is a good stepping stone but not the place for a long term career. The low pay and long hours make the job less rewarding. The high turnaround lowers morale for the more seasoned employees.
