The salary is too low and working so much knowing everyday that you are being paid this little is very frustrating. Unfortunately, we don't work for the glory...
Company is one of the oldest translation companies in the industry with over 40 years in business. A lot of long-term employees and a real feeling of community. There is definitely a feeling of support. The CEO has a great vision and direction for the company and is open to new ideas and creating an environment to foster collaboration. It's nice to be with a company that doesn't have disputing departments or outdated technology and offerings.
