Is this your company?

Not bad if you don't mind being yelled at. - Laborer Proffer Produce Employee Review

Pros

Its a large place that they definitely keep in the family. They are willing to hire just about anybody. I was recently released from prison to a halfway house and they hired me with no questions asked. If you show up and do what they want you to do, it doesn't take long for them to give you a full-time schedule.

Cons

These people love to yell about everything. They belittle everybody and unless you manage to really impress them and get a promotion, you'll never receive a raise. Its a temp job.

Pros

Good place to start and learn to be a trucker. They're willing to take first time CDL holders. When I worked there, we delivered to several major cities in the Mid-West and the south. Cities like Chicago, Oklahoma City, Memphis, Detroit, Terra Haute, & Little Rock just to name a few. The business is family owned and operated, and while there is plenty of screaming, yelling, and derogatory comments, they also made sure that their people were taken care of. You were usually only out over one night then back for a night.

Cons

They do drive you to death. They us the "AG Exempt" status constantly and driving for 15hrs or more is not unheard-of. After they lost one of their best dispatchers, the string they got after her was about as organized as a WWE free-for-all match.
