I’ve been at ProfitSolv through some of the tougher phases and what stands out to me most is how different the company feels today compared to a year ago.
Over the past year, I’ve seen a real effort to fix that. Leadership feels more present. There’s more communication and it feels like they’re actually trying to bring people along instead of just making changes and expecting everyone to keep up.
The culture feels different. There is more recognition, more chances to connect, and it feels less like you’re just doing a job and more like you’re part of something that’s trying to improve. It doesn’t feel fake to me. It feels like people are trying,
Leadership is communicating more and feels more visible
