Pros
Free benefits, vacation after 6 month. Lots of training. Owner is passionate about what PEC does. Flexible ish hours. Director of outlying areas is the ideal supervisor she listens and makes desition a based on what she believes owner would like. She is very open to new ideas, and gives people many chances to prove them self (sometimes to many)
Cons
Knowledge of labor laws are not up to par. Your immediate supervisor will tell you to do something then their supervisor will make you do it all over again then later make you re do it the way it was originally. Communication is lacking between supervisors. Owner will some time let her passion for what she does over shadow reality of certain situations.
