Ok job at best - Anonymous employee Progressive Insurance Employee Review

Pros

Decent benefits and pto. Yearly bonus for entire company no matter the position, hardly ever lays off.

Cons

Pay is low. Raises are jokes. Jobs are stressful. Management micromanages. No real room to grow unless you want to become a supervisor but if you want to get off the phones or move to another department that’s not happening. No sick time.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
