Pros

Good claims handling training if you have the right management. I was trained in a good office and thrived (South Georgia).

Cons

However, if you are in Atlanta be prepared to get a full load of claims right after a couple weeks of training. I watched untrained people who were not ready to take on a full load of claims that were drowning in claims. The Atlanta management team does not train their reps but expect them to succeed and holds them accountable but not themselves. They don't even teach diary management. Only a few managers are on top of their game in Atlanta and help their teams. Most have been with the company forever and are just riding it out and padding their retirement. They find ways to ride their reps under the bus.

Pros

Work from home, Ok opportunities to learn more but opportunities are becoming slim.

Cons

Between Micromanagement, work overload and with the use of vendors and AI employees are at risk. Corporate seems to not care that were all tired of the customers that are being abusive when corporates made bad decisions and these poor people have thousands withdrawn from an AI error. Pay for this level of company and the increasing headaches is not good, no monthly bonus, no commissions. No pension. Health benefits are available but not affordable. And the undo stress is causing my peers to consider quiting even ones that been here over 10yrs
