Pros

- Lots of PTO - No Saturdays - Mostly remote - Good training - Knowledgeable supervisors - Friendly work environment - If you can make it a year, there are lots of other opportunities that aren't as awful as this - Leadership knows your job sucks and will at least be nice to you about it

Cons

- Workload - Everything is urgent all the time - Workload - Overworked - On the phone all day, incoming and outbound - Workload - Weak performing peers linger in this role. Mid performing peers quit. High performing peers get promoted. - Supervisors know a lot and really want to help you but they're bogged down with tasks of questionable importance

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
