Pros

Okay work life balance although they are currently taking away WFH which I why I left they are trying to make people come back into the office after 3 years working from home. Pretty bad business practice

Cons

Raises are bad. They do not raise with inflation so you are making less money every year you work there. They also don’t give raises for promotions.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
