Pros

The on-boarding process sets you up for success, you have structured learning, nesting, coaching and feedback the first 60-90 of employment. After training you can request time off up to the minute, if you have the time you are approved.

Cons

There is upselling involved, even when inappropriate based on conversation. Not allowed to use critical thinking skills.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
