Pros
Working in marketing at Progressive Pediatric Therapy has been a great experience. The company has a strong mission, and it feels amazing to contribute to something that helps children and families. There’s a lot of creative freedom, and I’ve had the chance to work on so many different projects, from social media content to event promotions and even creating videos for the company website. I have also been able to learn, grow and gain a lot of hands on experience.
Cons
I don’t have any cons for the company. The only thing I would mention about marketing in general, is that pediatric therapy is a niche industry, so it takes time to fully understand the audience and develop effective marketing strategies. Once I started figuring out what the audience likes to see, I have been able to take advantage of that to receive some more engagement!
