at first the perks were good, breakfast on tuesdays, lunch wednesdays, and happy hour thursdays.
Cons
the supervisors and managers micromanage every single minute of your shift. the managers are very cliquey and fake. they give you too much work and won’t hire anyone new until the summer or fall and by january most of those new hires quit because of the ridiculous amount of work they make you do and penalize you for everything. in my time there i saw so many people go on leave just because their mental health was being affected by working there. they also “encourage” you to apply to other roles within the company but you can almost never leave the call center. they make it almost impossible to transfer out.
