In the end there is a product called SMART which in a way is very ironic since most employees left are very C level. SMART is just a dumb way of saying we're going to be the middle man between you and the fertility clinic. The margins aren't there and in cases where you have a prestigious clinic the margins are negative. That's right Progyny foots the bill!! The brutal truth is if you're even considering the remote possibility of working here don't. If you read through some of the positive reviews about this company you can see they are all BS. They say it's a startup but it's not. It's a wanna-be insurance company moving in the direction of having fraudulent analytics and tech.
