Thank you for your feedback. We are working to create a culture of transparency and engagement across all areas and offices, starting from the top down. We always appreciate, employee feedback on what can be done better.
As the company pivots from the merger of Auxogyn and Fertility Authority last year, we have undergone many changes, including moving the headquarters to New York. We understand that the move was difficult for some employees and many areas of the legacy business were transitioned out.
We are entering a new chapter in Progyny’s growth including the additions of our CTO in January this year and CFO in May. In just the last quarter the team has grown by 39%! We have high expectations for the company, with equally high performance goals for each person. Aggressive growth can be challenging and not everyone will meet the bar, we will continue to keep it high and look for exceptional people. And we always look to improve on what we do for our team.
