At Prolacta, it doesn’t matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job. What does matter is how well you can brown nose your way to the top. Politics, favoritism, and demeaning executives. They set unrealistic sales goals and the employees suffer.
Honestly, this place is an HR nightmare waiting to happen. But don’t go complaining to HR— they won’t do anything. Employee morale is low. There is a reason why the turnover rate is so high. All the good employees have long left or are miserable. Most employees there are incompetent and selfish. No one is a team player.
Left a few months ago and haven’t looked back!
