Prolacta, as you know, is the world’s leading hospital provider of 100% human milk-based nutritional products that are changing the standard of care for extremely premature infants. We are also now exploring the therapeutic potential of human milk across a wide spectrum of human diseases, including applications for infants requiring surgery for congenital cardiac and gastrointestinal disorders. We know that human milk - as opposed to cow milk - is the basis for saving lives, improving growth rates, and reducing hospital time for the most fragile of babies. As the only company doing this kind of work, our primary focus has been on safety, quality and improving the health of premature infants.
