What I like most about Prologis is that everyone from the executive level down to the local level really "walks the talk" when it comes to fostering a positive culture. There is a great culture throughout the organization where everyone is collaborative and supportive. I have recommended Prologis to several of my professional connections when job opportunities are available. I love coming to work every day.

We do tend to run a bit lean, so at times workloads can be heavy. However, when things get busy there are often other team members volunteering to help lighten the load.
