Good pay good policies. Work life balance was ok time off was always approved

The kiewitt site had heavy traffic

Good crews, large and small scale jobs, in town and out of town Loa jobs and camp jobs, company trucks sometimes provided

Management is lazy and doesn't do there jobs well, they keep guys in the dark and don't bid on new opportunities to take the company in a better direction, management can be a little disappointing as they lead guys on and have way to much over head in the office for what is needed to run the company.
