      Pros

      If you desperately need work they're alright but definitely not a company you can have a career with.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying E&I companies in Alberta ,most companies are paying in the mid 40's these guys are paying 33/hr (to work up north in camp), no travel time, no overtime, RRSP matching was cancelled, benefits suck and the only way you'll ever advance with this company is if your buddies with the boss. After sitting at home for 3 months because of Covid get called back to work just to find out they cut our wage.
