Pros

A highly talented team with an incredibly collaborative work culture. Work and fun are intertwined and everyday is literally a learning experience. The interview process takes about 3 weeks which may seem a bit long but the focus in more on the intangible bits like how collaborative you are and how you react under pressure, one really cool thing is that you get to interview with the heads of the company and they actually care about getting to know you. The Leadership here actually invests individual time with you in order to help you grow and are very supportive in and out of the office. The culture here feels like you have been a part of the company for years from day one and you can actual help evolve the organization and implement changes. Couldn't be happier here.

Cons

Be ready to work at a hundred miles an hour, work is intense because the team expects your A game with every client. So if you aren't a generalist, able to pivot or willing to expand your responsibilities; work here will be tough.

Pros

Opportunity to work with very talented people is clearly the first big perk. Compensation and benefits in general are good. The company is clearly making efforts to improve employees benefits. The work itself can be really great and exciting sometimes and there is a great effort driving new business. You get a chance to play on both sides. The CEO is a fantastic person and, more importantly, a dreamer. It can be very inspiring and entertaining to have a 30 minutes or 1 hour chat with him. His vision for new businesses, for the future of digital and for the future of Propane Studio really makes him a one of a kind CEO. The company is making a reasonable effort to build and foster a healthy career growth for all employees.

Cons

As a small and fast growing digital agency, it suffers from similar issues consulting companies do: client satisfaction comes with a price - one that employees pay working against "unreachable" deadlines. Not all benefits are good in comparison with other companies. Health insurance coverage is not as great as in other companies in terms of cost and options. There is no 401K either. Lack of organization can be a pain sometimes. Not all roles in the company are fulfilled yet which can be either positive (for the ones aspiring to step up) or negative (when wearing multiple hats can stop you from doing your work).
