Pros

Health insurance coverage is fair.

Cons

The company environment is inconsistent with its stated values. While the onboarding experience starts positively, with supportive colleagues and an emphasis on culture, over time it seems that leadership practices may not align with what is communicated. Decision-making can appear influenced by favoritism, and open feedback does not always seem encouraged. No matter how hard employees work, their value often appears tied to how leadership and their close circle perceive them. Employee turnover appears to be relatively high, and diversity and inclusion efforts may not always feel substantive. It can be disappointing to see a company present itself positively while employee experiences reflect something different. I strongly advise anyone who is considering this firm to take heed.

Pros

Good benefits and met some fantastic colleagues (although turnover is high so a lot of the good ones left). Could be decent first step for those looking to break into healthcare on the business side, depending on which projects you are on.

Cons

Unprofessional, highly demanding for a salary which did not correspond, lack of transparency from leadership is a common sentiment. They have employee feedback surveys but subjects they choose to highlight will include “lack of leadership at cultural events” rather than basics like salary transparency per role. Highly volatile in terms of workload demand. Significant issues with scope creep and project managers willing to keep projects going no matter what. Very high turnover either by choice or through quiet layoffs, makes it difficult to feel secure in your role at this firm regardless of effort put in.
