I would not recommend joining this company. In my experience, many of the projects were unstable and often did not work as expected. This created a challenging environment to work in and raised concerns about overall quality standards. Additionally, I had serious concerns regarding data security and how client information was handled. This is something the company needs to improve significantly. Combined with the lack of communication and professionalism I experienced earlier, my overall impression of the company is negative. I would advise others to think carefully before accepting a role here.
Cons
I joined Prospecta as a DevOps Manager with high expectations, but my experience was very disappointing. Shortly after joining, I was removed from the position without any prior notice or proper communication. This lack of professionalism and transparency made the situation very frustrating. In my opinion, the company appears to have management and decision-making issues. It seems that leadership decisions are influenced heavily by a close internal circle, which affects fairness and objectivity in the workplace. Overall, based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully evaluate the company before accepting an offer.
