Pros

Prosper Health is building something that is changing the lives of our clients. I can truly feel that everyone who works at Prosper cares about the mission, and that we are building something that can scale really well. The people at Prosper are incredibly intelligent and driven to make changes happen. From the operations team to the clinicians, everyone really cares about making Prosper a great service.

Cons

Not a ton, but the workload can really pile up if you don't stay on top of your work. There are so many people managing multiple teams and projects, so it's easy for things to get dropped if you aren't staying on it. Priorities change frequently.

Pros

Everyone is genuinely invested in doing right by our clients. The leadership team practices real transparency. They're open about company challenges, strategic decisions, and financial health. More importantly, they're incredibly responsive to team feedback. The pace of innovation here has been impressive. In my 18 months, we've built truly best-in-class tools for our clinicians that make their work easier and improve client outcomes. The product and engineering teams keep rolling out meaningful improvements at a rate that would be hard to match at a larger, more bureaucratic organization. If you're looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, contribute to a mission that matters, and work with leadership that values both transparency and employee input, I'd highly recommend this company.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything!
