Pros

Flexible schedule Approachable management and front office CEO/Owner does all within their power to retain contracted employees.

Cons

The only issue I ever experienced working at ProSync was having my hours questioned while working during the snow emergency of January 2016. It appeared that not everybody was aware that I was a shift-worker assigned in a 24/7 mission critical workcenter. Other than that, ProSync was a great place to work and I can recall no other issues.

Pros

- The company works hard to take care of employees, and genuinely treats employees like family. - Management would routinely touch base with on-site contractors, and help with your career path. - Company put a lot of effort into fun activities outside of work, this was a nice way to keep in touch with colleagues that work on different contracts etc. - Flexible benefits to continue education / training. - A focus on work life balance, with generous PTO was great. - The company made financial sacrifices during government shutdowns, temporary contract funding disruptions, etc. to help employees. I look back at my time with Prosync as a overwhelmingly positive experience. I made life long friends, and was provided great opportunities for personal and career growth. If you are searching for a job in the contracting world, I'd highly recommend adding Prosync to your list of companies to consider. Leaving one of the "big" contracting companies to join the Prosync family was definitely the right career choice for me.

Cons

- Lack of remote work opportunities (this may have changed in the last few years?) - Overall compensation package was less competitive than some companies in the space. (Although personally I found the balance of company size / stability a fair trade-off).

Pros

There are still employees who work hard and try to support one another. The on-site program manager has been a stabilizing presence and helps keep day-to-day operations moving despite broader challenges.

Cons

Since the merger, several senior leaders have left, creating instability and unclear direction. Leadership styles are inconsistent—some appear disengaged and disconnected from employees, while others rely on overly forceful or inappropriate approaches that undermine professionalism. These dynamics have contributed to declining morale and a lack of confidence in leadership. Operational issues, including late payroll, have added to employee frustration. Many employees are questioning whether to stay.
