Plus, there’s some cool leave perks like birthday leave and wellbeing leave, which really show they care about work-life balance. You also get support for getting qualifications in your field, which is a solid opportunity to level up while working.

Cons

Just started a new job, and so far, everything has been great. Maybe it’s the honeymoon phase, but I’m hopeful this positive experience continues for years to come. No cons to note at this point!

Pros

The most empathetic leadership I've had the pleasure to work with. The culture is one of positivity, collaboration, and working together to solve problems. Previous roles this was talked about but a myth - not here. The client retention rate is extremely high, NPS scores far out pace competitors. The company is highly organized, onboarding is structured and supportive.

Cons

It's a truly global company, with operations in Australia, UK, and North America. There will be times you must attend meetings off-hours. Everyone is sensitive to this so all meetings are recorded and shared.
