      They have put work into the glass door reviews because the culture is so bad

      Pros

      Australian company trying to punch above its weight well respected in market

      Cons

      Don't do it to yourself, the company has alot of people and Culture reps, because the culture is bad. And they fake reviews and surveys. Software nothing but a SQL server with alot of vapourware. Everytime, you make a friend they disappear from the company, super high employee turnover. Highly, debted on investor finance.

      Great product and company but under undermining power trippers

      The product is straightforward to understand, the consumer responds very well and customer retention and customer service are high and very focused on customer needs. There are great comms and WFH

      Cons

      Management is very much about favouritism, if you basically don't get the manager a coffee or backstab your co-workers then you will fly under the radar, and you are consistently undermined and treated with no experience praise is often given to those who place an apple on the manager's desk, no induction to business co-workers are expected to assist to bring a new starter up to speed those that work hard work while they are on annual leave and through the night and all this to make someone else richer no thank you or acknowledgement. When you resign after being there for a few years they rush you out the door faster than your head will spin also, management uses the old chestnut "I am stressed", as a reason for demeaning you and swearing at you which has never happened to me in any professional environment.
