Pros

There are no pros, all pros are forced reviews.

Cons

No matter how much you work here, you will get more work but not more raise or appreciation. CEO is very bad attitude person, it's like you are in prison. He will treat all employees like prisoner and note when they come when they go, how much they take for breakfast and lunch. But he will not note overtime or working on Saturday or anything. No work life balance you need to ask to work on Saturday, no extra pay or overtime or extra leave. Leave management is worst 10 holidays in a year. Half of festival you are working and you need to work from office, no work from home allowed. Partiality in every way possible. Many mandatory leaves are missing. You can get fired anytime.

Pros

The team is kind and helpful. People are always happy to teach you. You learn many new things here. It is a great place to grow your skills. The work stays fun and fresh. Each day brings something new to do. Managers listen to your ideas. You feel like your voice really matters.

Cons

The days can get busy at times. But this also keeps the work exciting. The company is still growing fast. So some rules and steps are still new. Many tasks can come at once. A little planning makes it easy to handle.
