      Note : Company asks employee to write review with 5 star so dont trust any 5 star review. Bad management. Worst company to work with if you are fresher. No payment growth and appreciation. No work life balance, they will ask you ro work on Saturday also. No events, no parties, no culture activities. Leaves management is so worst even entirect india has holiday, sti you will be working. CEO himself works as receptionist and not employee timing, if you came late or you go early he will note it and use that as argument at time of increment If you want work from home once in month still they will not approve. Partiality in every possible way.

      Cons

      No matter how much you work here, you will get more work but not more raise or appreciation. CEO is very bad attitude person, it's like you are in prison. He will treat all employees like prisoner and note when they come when they go, how much they take for breakfast and lunch. But he will not note overtime or working on Saturday or anything. No work life balance you need to ask to work on Saturday, no extra pay or overtime or extra leave. Leave management is worst 10 holidays in a year. Half of festival you are working and you need to work from office, no work from home allowed. Partiality in every way possible. Many mandatory leaves are missing. You can get fired anytime.
