Pros

I remember when i needed an opportunity now I'm able to give opportunities to other people. I'm the recruiting coordinator administrative assistant for Protocall and PTC Marketforce. I schedule interviews for potential candidates and some verification work as well. I love Protocall because its an comfortable work environment and i have made some lifetime friends here. Protocall make sure that they pay their employees well and theirs always room for growth and improvement. They focus on what they can do to make things better and i love that about this company. Its pretty fair here. Been an employee for 3 almost 4 years. I started out a regular representative and since then 3 years ago, Ive been promoted twice. Its definitely a place to move forward and move up in position.

Cons

The cons i have with the company has everything to deal with the people i schedule interviews with not the company.

Pros

Nearly unlimited commission opportunities. Fortune 100 client providing best in class service. Comprehensive training available in both a structured and unstructured environment (ie…. unstructured means furthering your knowledge and skill set above and beyond if you choose with available resources). This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.

Cons

Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.
