Pros

Have some really strong engineers Are becoming part of Integris in Nov 2021

Cons

Management doesn't exactly understand what a premium MSP is, though they often use that word. There are many breakdowns in communication between projects, sakes, and account management.

Pros

I've been with ProviDyn since 2014 and they have provided fantastic opportunities for growth, including the ability to pivot into functional areas that interest me. For example, I started in outside sales and now work in content development. Which I like a lot better than outside sales.

Cons

The days are numbered for one con: we used to be a single location entity and some of our processes were not completely fleshed out. Now we're part of a national organization that follows a carefully defined sheet of music for processes. Business is getting smoother and more process-driven every day.

Pros

ProviDyn listens to it's employees more than my previous employers. The environment is really good. Being able to speak with management about ideas, no matter how big or small is a huge plus to the work environment. Its an excellent place to work, and they want their employees to succeed as people. Even with the workload, it can be overwhelming but it is worth it to know how you're helping the company grow. Cool place

Cons

-Too much change at times, consistency in direct leadership would be good for the development and goals of support staff - pay increases
