Pros

Have some really strong engineers Are becoming part of Integris in Nov 2021

Cons

Management doesn't exactly understand what a premium MSP is, though they often use that word. There are many breakdowns in communication between projects, sakes, and account management.

Pros

People-oriented Cares about cultivating awesome engineers internally. Good compensation. Good communication from leadership. Run by industry vets and not business admins with no technical prowess. Being an engineer doesn't feel any different from being any of the admin staff Managers all the way down know how to bring people up to success, instead of grinding them down to fit the outdated textbook caricature of a "work environment" Great Job stability and real time addressing of issues before any thoughts of warnings or discipline. No discrimination that I've ever seen, which is important to me. I could go on.

Cons

Documentation suffers from previous engineers and leaders and is always being improved. Communication pathways a little clumsy, but improving. There are always some growing pains because the company is constantly thriving in an upward direction, so if you are looking for something slow and boring, this isn't it. There's so much upward momentum. That said, it can get stressful, and you will get stressed and you'll have to work through it. We could be more diverse, so please apply if you're afraid other places will discriminate, we will not!
