Pros
This is a place that really cares about its employees, as well as the residents who live at Providence communities. It's easy to work somewhere when you believe in what they are doing. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There are a lot of women in leadership positions, and it seems like it's the kind of place where if you work hard, you can move up. I work in the corporate offices, and they have a cook who makes amazing lunches every day for a low price, which means I don't have to leave for a lunch break. I can't think of a better place to work.
Cons
You don't start with a lot of time off (1 week), but you can earn more time the longer you work there.
