Pros
Some great passionate people (though many have now gone) Used to have clear vision and leadership Benefits getting better (head office better than field) Flexibility (some areas better than others)
Cons
Trap door culture - people disappear all the time without explanation Face fits organisation - promotions/moves done under wraps without fair process No diversity in leadership team results in decisions being made that aren't necessarily thought through or right for business - nobody dares to question for fear of consequence - real blame culture No people focus - clearly just a number - no support, development etc. No long term thinking - constant fire fighting everywhere
