      I have been at Proxymity for over 2.5 years, and can’t recommend them enough as an employer. - great work life balance - senior management have time for you - amazing benefits - good opportunity for progression if you put the work in - the people team are always looking to improve benefits and work life - paid qualifications - frequent socials - yearly pay reviews

      Was easy to get in

      Cons

      C-level executives are incredibly inexperienced -- no technical skills, management skills, nor business acumen. Company has been on a downhill trend ever since the CEO started axing all the good people.
